Alper represents a variety of companies, investment funds and financial institutions. 

He advises both UK and international clients across all sectors on a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial work, including corporate finance, acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures. 

He offers extensive experience handling transactions relating to international financing transactions, debt capital markets and debt restructurings.  His practice includes representing both arrangers and issuers on debt capital market and structured finance transactions.  In addition, Alper advises on derivatives transactions and ISDA documentation.  He has particular experience with credit derivatives and property derivatives. 

Alper also focuses on asset management, including the structuring of investment, real estate, hedge and private equity funds.  He advises fund managers on compliance, financial services regulation and custody matters.
