David is a partner in the corporate and finance group.
He has over 20 years experience acting for domestic and international clients on corporate and commercial matters with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate finance.
He advises on transaction structuring and execution across a broad range of industries, with particular focus in the transport, infrastructure and energy sectors.
David also regularly acts for clients on greenfields projects and Government privatisations and concessions across a number of industries.
